These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the haha88 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by haha88 ("haha88", "we", "us", or "our").

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of haha88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from haha88 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in force.
• You must not have had a previous haha88 account terminated for breach of these Terms.

haha88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by haha88 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of haha88 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one haha88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your haha88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify haha88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Verification (KYC): haha88 is required to verify the identity of all account holders in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide all documentation requested by haha88 for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds into your haha88 account

haha88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of a verification request may be closed.

All financial transactions on the haha88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). haha88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the haha88 payments page from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your haha88 account within 30 seconds. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect. haha88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. haha88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. haha88 reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. haha88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

haha88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered haha88 account holders only. haha88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and Withdrawal: haha88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the haha88 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, fishing games, card games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Random Number Generators: All haha88 casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. haha88 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are subject to the haha88 Sportsbook Rules. haha88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has been determined by corruption, match-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, haha88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. haha88 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the haha88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing any third party to access or use your haha88 account
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward haha88 staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy

haha88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

haha88 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible via the Account Settings section of the Platform:

All content on the haha88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of haha88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the haha88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from haha88
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform

Any unauthorised use of haha88 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, haha88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

haha88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your haha88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

haha88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. haha88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

haha88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the haha88 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

haha88 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and haha88 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

haha88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law, including disclosures to regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies.

haha88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, haha88 will notify registered account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the haha88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and haha88, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting haha88 support. haha88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of the dispute.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and haha88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
